Summary
This early-stage trial tests a personalized cell therapy for adults with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Participants receive a single infusion of their own immune cells, re-engineered to target and destroy the faulty cells driving their disease. The study aims to see if this approach is safe and can put lupus into remission without needing lifelong medication.
