First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called GC012F for people with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer, that has returned or stopped responding to at least three prior treatments. GC012F uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target two proteins (CD19 and BCMA) on cancer cells, aiming to destroy them. The trial has two phases: the first checks safety and the right dose, and the second measures how well the treatment shrinks or controls the cancer. About 110 participants will be enrolled.
