NCT ID NCT04765514
First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether chemotherapy alone works as well as the standard combination of chemotherapy and radiation for elderly or frail patients with a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. About 107 participants aged 65 and older with limited physical function will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups. The goal is to find a treatment that is effective but causes fewer side effects and is easier to tolerate.
