Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called GB-5267, which uses a patient's own immune cells (T cells) that are modified to better find and attack ovarian cancer cells. The study includes 18 adults with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, meaning their cancer did not respond to standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
