Summary
This early-phase study tests an investigational drug called GB-4362 in 37 adults with advanced bladder cancer who are already receiving standard treatments. The drug is designed to neutralize a chemotherapy byproduct that can cause nerve damage and other side effects. The main goal is to see if adding GB-4362 is safe and tolerable.
