Summary
This study tested whether adding Gastrodin acupoint injections to standard treatment can improve hearing and reduce dizziness in people with sudden hearing loss and vertigo. One hundred adults with these symptoms received either standard care alone or standard care plus the injections. The goal was to see if the combination therapy leads to better hearing test results and less dizziness-related disability.
