Summary
This study looks at how drinking clear water two hours before a planned C-section affects stomach fluid in pregnant women with and without diabetes. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure stomach volume before and after drinking. The goal is to better understand aspiration risk during anesthesia and improve fasting guidelines for diabetic pregnant women.
