Structured Post-Surgery care may boost recovery in stomach cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a structured care plan soon after surgery can improve quality of life and reduce complications in 264 adults with gastric cancer who had neoadjuvant therapy. Participants will receive either standard care or the structured intervention. The goal is to see if this approach leads to fewer complications and better recovery.
