Summary
This study tested four ways of conditioning the gas used during laparoscopic womb surgery to see if it could prevent a drop in body temperature and reduce pain after surgery. 248 women took part, and the gas was either dry or moistened with salt water or a numbing medicine. The goal was to find the best method for patient comfort.
