Summary
This study compares surgery to simple exercises for treating painful wrist ganglion cysts in adults. 220 participants will be randomly assigned to either have surgery or do self-guided exercises and use their hand normally. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves satisfaction over 6 months.
