Knife or no knife? study tests surgery against simple exercises for wrist lumps

Summary

This study looks at whether surgery is better than simple exercises for treating painful wrist ganglion cysts. About 220 adults will be randomly assigned to either have surgery or do self-guided exercises. Researchers will track pain, hand function, and satisfaction for up to a year to see which approach works best.
