First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a game-like mobile app, combined with brain-training games, can help overweight men lose weight and keep it off. About 228 men will use either a standard weight-loss app or a gamified version with team challenges and rewards. The goal is to see if making weight loss more fun and engaging leads to better results over 12 months.
