NCT ID NCT07413068
First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at the best way to treat people who have both gallstones and stones in the bile duct. It compares three options: a procedure that removes the bile duct stone and saves the gallbladder (ERCP-GPC), ERCP plus gallbladder removal surgery, or just monitoring without active treatment. About 300 adults will join, and researchers will track complications and how well each approach works over time.
