Summary
This study tests a new automated walking trainer for people who have had a stroke and have weakness on one side. The device uses gentle assistance and sound cues to help patients practice walking more naturally. Researchers will measure improvements in walking symmetry, hip movement, and speed in 60 adult stroke survivors.
