Can a new way of running heal Soldiers' knees?
NCT ID NCT03918681
Summary
This study tested whether teaching a specific running technique helps soldiers recover better from ACL knee surgery. Researchers compared a special gait retraining program to a standard return-to-run plan. They measured pain, knee function, and biological markers to see if the new approach improved recovery and reduced stress on the knee.
