Summary
This study looks at how breast cancer-related lymphedema (arm swelling) affects walking, balance, and fall risk in women. Researchers compared 42 women with lymphedema to healthy women of the same age. They used special tools to measure walking patterns, balance, fear of falling, and arm function. The goal is to understand if lymphedema increases fall risk due to changes in body weight distribution.
