Summary

This study tested whether gabapentin or clonidine is better at reducing pain after spinal surgery. 90 adults aged 18-60 having one or two-level lumbar laminectomy took part. Pain was measured using a standard 0-10 scale, and anxiety was also tracked. The results help doctors choose the best option for post-operative pain relief.
