New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: first human trial launches

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called FZ-AD005 in people with advanced solid tumors, especially small cell lung cancer and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 162 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not responded to other treatments will take part.
