600 shoulder implant patients tracked for Real-World success

Summary
This study follows 600 people who have received an FX shoulder replacement device to see how well the implant performs over time. Researchers will measure pain, daily activity, and device safety using a standard shoulder score. The goal is to confirm the device works as intended in real-world use.
