NCT ID NCT05273879
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study compares two surgical treatments for single-level lumbar spinal stenosis: decompression alone versus decompression with fusion. Researchers want to find out if adding fusion improves long-term results or if decompression alone is enough. About 86 adults aged 45-75 with severe stenosis will be followed for two years after surgery.
