First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a furosemide stress test can help doctors decide when to stop continuous kidney replacement therapy in critically ill patients with acute kidney injury. The test measures how well the kidneys respond to a diuretic. The goal is to reduce complications from prolonged kidney support. About 80 adults in the ICU will take part.
