Summary
This study tests whether combining the drug furmonertinib with chest radiation can help control EGFR-positive lung adenocarcinoma that has spread to the lining of the lung, causing fluid buildup. About 63 adults will receive the treatment, and researchers will track how long the cancer stays under control. The goal is to improve disease management and understand which patients benefit most.
