Summary
This study looked at 48 women aged 65 to 75 who already exercised regularly. They were split into two groups for an 8-week program: one did the standard "Strong and Steady" balance and strength training, and the other did a version with more functional movements. The goal was to see which approach better improved balance, mobility, strength, walking speed, and overall quality of life.
