Summary
This study tests a new acupuncture method called Fu's Subcutaneous Needling against standard care (a brace plus exercises) for people with recent ankle sprains. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves function, and prevents long-term ankle problems. About 62 adults will be treated for two weeks and followed for six months.
