First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called FT819 for people with B-cell blood cancers (lymphoma, CLL, or B-ALL) that have not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells to target and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also seeing if the therapy can shrink tumors.
