New cell therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

NCT ID NCT04629729

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new cell therapy called FT819 in adults with advanced B-cell cancers that have come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see what side effects occur, while also checking for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer. Participants will receive FT819, either alone or combined with another drug (IL-2), to see how their bodies and cancers respond.
