NCT ID NCT07136077

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether two drugs, fruquintinib and tislelizumab, can control leftover cancer cells in people with colorectal cancer who have completed chemotherapy but still show signs of minimal residual disease (MRD) on a blood test. About 20 adults with stable disease will receive the combination to see if it is safe and can clear these hidden cancer cells. The goal is to prevent the cancer from coming back.
