First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (fruquintinib, sintilimab, and SOX chemotherapy) can shrink advanced stomach cancer enough to allow surgical removal. About 42 adults with stage IV gastric cancer that has spread to nearby organs or lymph nodes will receive the treatment before surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve complete tumor removal with clear margins.
