Will free fruit stands make kids eat healthier? swedish study aims to find out

NCT ID NCT07385820

First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at two ways to get students to eat more fruit: putting fruit stands in schools, or adding a health-awareness campaign alongside the stands. About 300 Swedish students aged 7-19 will take photos of their meals using an app so researchers can track fruit intake. The goal is to see which method works best and reduces food waste.
