Summary

This study compared two common physiotherapy techniques—Mulligan and Maitland mobilizations—for treating frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). 42 adults aged 35-50 with shoulder pain and stiffness took part. The goal was to see which technique better reduces disability and improves quality of life. Results will help therapists choose the best approach for each stage of the condition.
