New injection may ease frozen shoulder pain

Summary

This study tests if perineural injection therapy (PIT) can reduce pain and improve movement in adults with frozen shoulder. 24 participants will either get PIT plus physiotherapy or physiotherapy alone. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, and side effects over 3 months.
