New injection may ease frozen shoulder pain

Summary

This study tests if a treatment called Perineural Injection Therapy (PIT) can reduce pain and improve movement in people with frozen shoulder. 24 adults will receive either PIT plus physiotherapy or physiotherapy alone. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, and any side effects over 3 months.
