First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether Frenkel exercises—a type of balance training—can help people with leg burns improve their balance and quality of life. Seventy adults aged 25 to 45 with healed second-degree burns on their lower limbs will take part. Half will do Frenkel exercises plus standard physical therapy, while the other half does standard therapy alone, for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if adding these exercises leads to better balance and daily functioning.
