First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining Frenkel exercises (repetitive movements to improve coordination) with electrical muscle stimulation (gentle electrical pulses that make muscles contract) can help stroke patients aged 50-65 improve their balance, coordination, and body awareness. About 38 participants who can walk independently for at least 10 minutes will be tested using balance and coordination scales. The goal is to find a better way to help stroke survivors move more safely and confidently.
