Summary
This study follows 500 adults with newly diagnosed gynecologic cancer to understand how frailty—being more vulnerable to stress from illness—affects their recovery and quality of life. Researchers will measure physical signs like weight loss, weakness, and slow walking. No new treatments are tested; the goal is to learn which patients may need extra support.
