NCT ID NCT05610605
First seen Dec 04, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested a special educational program called FRAGSALUD to help prevent and treat frailty in older adults living in the community. Frailty makes seniors more vulnerable to falls, disability, and other health problems. The program taught participants about healthy aging and ways to stay strong and active. Researchers followed 235 adults over 65 who were already frail or pre-frail to see if the program improved their frailty status after 6 and 12 months.
