Summary
This pilot study tested an 8-week group program called RBSTE designed to help Veterans of Color build coping skills and empowerment in response to race-based stress. Thirty-seven veterans participated to see if the program is feasible and acceptable. The goal is to gather information for a future larger study that could improve well-being and reduce health disparities.
