Summary
This study tested the drug fostamatinib in adults who developed low blood cell counts (anemia, low platelets) after a stem cell transplant. The goal was to see if the drug could help stabilize blood counts without needing transfusions. Only 1 person enrolled before the study was stopped early, so we don't have enough information to know if it works.
