First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study compares two types of neck exercises for young adults with forward head posture (a "text neck" position). 74 university students will be split into two groups: one doing neck-strengthening exercises, the other doing motor-learning training. Both groups will exercise three times a week for four weeks, and researchers will measure changes in posture, neck strength, and balance, plus check if the problem returns after one month.
