Summary
This study compares two exercise programs for young adults with forward head posture (often called 'text neck'). 74 university students will either do deep neck flexor strengthening or motor learning-based neuroplasticity training for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure head angle, neck strength, and how long the improvement lasts.
