Summary

This study looked at whether a gentle hands-on technique to the top of the neck (atlanto-occipital joint mobilization) can immediately improve head posture, breathing, and neck movement in adults with forward head posture. 54 healthy volunteers aged 18-45 with forward head posture received the treatment. Researchers measured changes in head angle, lung function, and neck flexibility right after the session.
