Summary
This study looked at whether a specific hands-on technique to the top of the neck (atlanto-occipital joint mobilization) can immediately improve head posture, breathing, and neck movement in people with forward head posture. 54 healthy adults aged 18-45 with forward head posture took part. Researchers measured changes in posture angle, lung function, and neck flexibility right after the technique.
