New drug aims to help hearts work better in stiff heart condition

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ninerafaxstat in 165 adults with a type of thickened heart muscle that causes symptoms like shortness of breath and chest pain. The drug is added to standard care and compared to a placebo to see if it improves daily function and quality of life. Participants will take the drug or placebo for several months and have heart tests and questionnaires to measure changes.
