New heart drug trial aims to help patients breathe easier

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ninerafaxstat in 165 people with a type of thickened heart muscle that makes it hard to breathe and exercise. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo on top of their usual care. The main goal is to see if the drug improves symptoms and quality of life over several months.
