Food as medicine: study tests kitchen skills to lower blood pressure

Summary
This study looks at whether giving people with high blood pressure and food insecurity free food and kitchen skills training can improve their health. About 200 adults aged 35-75 will either get the program or standard care. Researchers will measure blood pressure and blood sugar to see if the approach helps manage the disease.
