Summary
This study tested whether guided walks in the forest, combined with mindfulness exercises, could help reduce stress and improve well-being. It involved 131 adults who identify as highly sensitive to their environment. Participants attended weekly sessions for 8 weeks to see if this nature-based approach could ease stress and improve quality of life.
