Summary
This study tested whether guided walks in the forest, combined with mindfulness exercises, could help reduce stress and improve well-being in adults who identify as highly sensitive. 131 participants attended weekly sessions for 8 weeks, involving mindful walking and relaxation in nature. Researchers measured changes in stress, emotional health, and sleep quality to see if this nature-based approach could be a helpful wellness practice.
