Summary

This study tests a program called FOREST that teaches positive emotion skills to help gun violence prevention workers cope with stress and avoid burnout. About 100 staff from one organization will take part over nine months. The goal is to see if the program reduces burnout, anxiety, and depression while improving well-being and job retention.
