Summary

This study tests a 6-week foot-intensive rehabilitation program for people with chronic ankle instability. The goal is to see if it reduces repeat ankle sprains and improves balance and symptoms compared to standard care. The study involves 150 adults aged 18-44 who have had at least one ankle sprain and recent episodes of the ankle giving way.
