Your feet may reveal why you hurt: new study links foot pressure to pain
NCT ID NCT07568925
First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at how the way your feet press on the ground might be linked to where and how much pain you feel. Researchers will measure foot pressure in 53 healthy young adults aged 18-35 while they stand and walk, and ask about their pain levels. The goal is to understand if foot pressure patterns can help explain pain elsewhere in the body.
